If you are in the market for a new battery then we should be able to help. We stock some 6 volt batteries but mostly 12 volt bike batteries. All of our batteries have an Ah rating (Amp-Hour), this is a measurement of the battery's capacity. We have also indicated the CCA (Cold Cranking Amperage) or sometimes called a Cold Start Figure, this is also measured in Amps.
Selecting the correct leisure battery for your caravan, motorhome, camper van or boat can be a challenge, after all it's not something you should do that often. Puredrive Batteries stock a large selection of leisure batteries to suit most leisure/marine applications.
Deciding which battery that best suits your needs depends on a number of things. What will you be running off the battery? i.e. TV or lights. Another thing to think about is will you have access to a charging point while you are away? The longer you are away without the use of a charger, the bigger the battery capacity you will need. This capacity is measured in Amp Hours (Ah), the higher the Ah capacity, the longer the batter will last without charge. Importantly, the battery tray or battery box size restrictions will be a major factor. Please ensure that you check the dimensions of the battery to ensure it fits!

Our batteries are either sealed lead-acid AGM or gel batteries (7Ah & 10Ah are AGM only). If you live in a particularly hilly area, or you go on long journeys, we would recommend that you buy the gel batteries. A gel battery has a longer discharge cycle and should last longer between charges.
